Huron Consulting Group Expands Life Sciences Practice

Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), a leading provider of business consulting services, today announced that Mark Linver and Barbara Godlew have joined the Company's Life Sciences practice as managing director and director, respectively. Linver will focus on helping clients with government price reporting, and transparency and disclosure requirements of life sciences companies. Godlew will focus on clinical research management and disclosure for life sciences, academic medical center, and healthcare clients.

Linver, who has more than 20 year of experience, works with clients to address regulatory issues involving aggregate spend requirements, merger integration requirements, contract management, government pricing, and accrual analysis solutions for pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies. His expertise includes employing information management, business intelligence, knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and data management solutions in U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industries. Previously, Linver served as a senior principal at IMS Health, working with clients on business development, building customer relationships, and project delivery for life sciences companies.
Godlew, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializes in domestic and international clinical trial disclosure policies, processes, and regulations. Prior to joining Huron's Life Sciences practice, Godlew was president and founder of The FAIRE Company. Her expertise includes performing clinical trial disclosure management and quality assurance, and medical writing related to these processes. Godlew is the current chair of the Drug Information Association's Clinical Trial Disclosure Special Area Community. She is also a registered nurse.
