Huron Consulting Group Expands Higher Education Practice
CHICAGO, Oct 26, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), a leading provider of business consulting services, today announced that Timothy J. Fournier has joined the Company as a managing director in the Health and Education Consulting segment. Fournier will be focused on working with the Company's university, research center, and academic medical enterprise clients to improve business performance across the entire institution.

Fournier has more than 20 years of experience working with higher education institutions on business operations, administration, training and education, and compliance and integrity programs. At Huron, Fournier will be primarily focused on improving the financial, operational, and regulatory aspects of higher education institutions and academic medical centers. He will also work with these institutions to provide counsel related to their international strategy and operations.
Fournier comes to Huron from Northwestern University in Qatar where he served as senior associate dean for finance & administration and chief operating officer. Prior to that position, Fournier was the associate vice president for research integrity at Northwestern University. He also held positions at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
