Huron Consulting Group Announces Regional Appointments
CHICAGO – April 24, 2008 – Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), a leading provider of financial and operational consulting services, today announced the appointment of five leaders to focus on regional client needs, business development and marketplace demands.

Huron’s regional appointments include:
Central Region – Michael J. Kennelly
Kennelly, managing director, has extensive experience in complex crisis situations such as restructurings and forensic matters. He has served as financial advisor to many distressed companies and has offered expert testimony in numerous litigation matters. He is based in Huron’s Chicago office.
Northeast Region – Joseph J. Floyd
Floyd, vice president, is well-known for his disputes and investigations expertise. He assists companies with complex financial reporting and other Wall Street issues facing so many organizations today. Floyd is also the practice leader for the Company’s Financial Consulting practice. He is based in Huron’s New York office.
Southeast Region – Stephen H. Rogers
Rogers, managing director, has served the financial consulting industry for more than 35 years. He is known in the Southeast region for his deep knowledge in professional services. He is based in Huron’s Atlanta office.
Southwest Region – Shahzad Bashir
Bashir, vice president, was among Consulting Magazine’s 2007 Top 25 Consultants. His expertise lies in helping corporate law departments and law firms improve their business performance. Bashir is also the practice leader for the Company’s Legal Consulting practice. He is based in Huron’s Houston office.
Western Region – Stanley N. Logan
Logan, vice president, is a well-known business leader with more than 25 years of experience in the professional services industry. In addition to the Western Region, he will also be leading the Company’s Japan marketplace initiatives. He is based in Huron’s San Francisco office.
