Huron Consulting Group Adds Managing Director to Forensic and Complex Accounting Team
CHICAGO - July 26, 2007 - Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), a leading provider of financial and operational consulting services, today announced that Michael I. Braverman has joined the Company as a managing director.

Braverman has more than 20 years of experience in complex accounting matters. He has led and directed domestic and multinational teams in the execution of audit, tax, merger and acquisition activities and special projects for Fortune 100 clients. His experience spans across a variety of industries including: manufacturing, technology, travel/hospitality, real estate, entertainment and service. He has also provided transaction advisory services to private equity firms. Braverman comes to Huron from Grant Thornton LLP, where he was a partner in charge of the Northeast technology industry practice. Prior to Grant Thornton, Braverman was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP. He received his MBA from Florida State University and his BS in accounting from the University of Florida. Braverman will be assisting clients with forensic and complex accounting matters and will be based in Huron's New York office.
