"Our clients continue to struggle with the uncertain implications associated with evolving healthcare reform and the resulting impact these new laws may have on their compliance programs," said James H. Roth, chief executive officer, Huron Consulting Group. "Gary's vast experience working with law firms and attorneys that specialize in healthcare, in-house counsel, and chief compliance officers will greatly benefit our healthcare and life sciences clients."
Keilty has more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare providers and life sciences companies confront the numerous emerging and existing regulatory laws and management oversight requirements. At Huron Healthcare, Keilty will provide expert guidance and support during special investigations, qui tam actions and other instances in which healthcare fraud or False Claims Act violations have been alleged. Prior to joining Huron Healthcare, Keilty worked at the National Health Sciences Practices of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP, and Navigant Consulting Inc., where he was responsible for developing and delivering regulatory compliance and risk mitigation, investigative and dispute resolution support to healthcare providers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, and law firms that specialize in healthcare.
