Huron Closes Acquisition of Unico Solution

Combination of data management and governance capabilities with deep technology and industry expertise will help organizations accelerate business transformation

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2021-- Global professional services firm Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) today announced it has completed its acquisition of Unico Solution. The combination of the companies strengthens Huron’s data management and governance capabilities to help clients better manage their data to optimize their operations and drive cloud adoption.
